Okvap Update: New Upgrade Tiers This Round

This pass through the clicker and idle shelf was mostly cleanup, with a few additions.

• Added new upgrade tiers to two of the tycoon-style titles in the library.
• Revised prestige-bonus scaling in one idle title so resets feel more consistently worthwhile.
• Fixed a tap-registration delay affecting touch controls on one of the clicker titles.
• Removed one title that stopped saving progress reliably; replaced with a comparable idle game.
• Cleaned up a few upgrade icons that were hard to tell apart at the mobile size.
